Awareness Intelligence is a specific constellation of ‘awareness about awareness’ and represents the decoding of the socio-temporal structure of the human psyche. The tripartite lawfulness of the socio-temporal matrix of Awareness Intelligence provides for a mental reference system that empowers for spiritual exploration and practical application of meaning, enthusiasm and well-being, and bigger positive impacts for all.
Urgent things are not necessarily important too, albeit urgency often gets confused with importance. The human psyche tends to be prone for urgencies as it wants to seize on early information to quickly make decisions to clarify and re-establish a sense of security. Awareness Intelligence helps to distinguish between mostly externally triggered artificial urges and internally motivated real importances by putting these two very different qualities of desire into proper context. Urges often are related to transactions, which are, to a certain extent, unavoidable in today’s everyday life. However, being disproportionally determined by external demands is distressful. If the socio-temporal matrix’ unfavorable, unintelligent fields had to be described with one characteristic, it would be ‘urgency.’ Awareness Intelligence, on the other hand, is about importance. Life does not urge us in the sense of not letting enough time to deal with the matter at hand rightly. Awareness-unintelligent people do. Something urgent is only considered to be so because it is judged more important now in the short-term than later and in the long-term.
The time-compressed relatedness of urgency to near-future inter-personal expectations implies that later in time the importance of the matter will fade only as a function of time. This provides proof that the temporarily assigned importance is not real.
To sell something of short-lived value, therefore, has to be done in urgency. As the value erodes rapidly, the urger will, if not immediately successful in completing the transaction, look to complete his or her business somewhere or with someone else.
Always take your time to think thoroughly and systematically. You won’t miss anything of real value. In contrary, when striving for awareness-intelligently expanding human and temporal scope for deeper experiences and bigger impacts,
Why should you sacrifice the good of all in the whole future for momentary present urges of some few only? Awareness-intelligent solutions are never in a hurry. Following other’s urgencies also comes with the opportunity cost of not following through on one’s own direction. Running after external urgencies is to neglect the voice of source intelligence itself, which ultimately always will claim its priority over sooner or longer. Not accepting such priorities of real human nature and disregard the consequent cultivation of humantime always comes with taxes impacting one’s well-being. There are fathers who feel urged to sacrifice their free time for more of the same relatively disliked work that had already more than well-fed and protected their families. Why? Because there is a deficit of awareness about what is really important. They function unaware of their real needs. They don’t hold the control themselves, but rather are controlled by their acceptance of urgencies imposed by their employers, organizations, and businesses. They give away their life into relatively narrow transactions that are non-inclusive of their intra-past, nor are they aware of the extra-future of all humanity. These people work for securing their illusion of a stable intra-future, which however, can’t never be real and purposeful. Only the continuance of life in the extra-future is certain. Therefore,
We should accept that the future doesn’t belong to us. If it did, we would know its course and have gotten direct control over it.
Consequently, there is no need to waste one’s life by pursuing the seemingly urgent over the important.
The future belongs to all; to our children, to their children, and the children of all other people’s children.
To be aware of that fact is part of being awareness-intelligent and prevents from taking on transactionalities that dismiss anybody who is not swiftly giving what is expected from them. These are the sort of unimportant transactions people can’t wait to retire from. Because the real purpose of a human’s organic existence on planet earth is to voluntarily give its unconditional loving actions away, to show off its kindness, and to express its divine creativity to the benefit of all before returning to be formless universal life oneself again. That is all a human being has and will ever have. It’s this service to all humanity that all spiritual wisdom and religions in principle find to be the real purpose of life. However, even world religions often missed the full scope of what is meant by “others.” If others are only the ones within one’s own religious community, service to others is not extending to and respecting the full scope of human kindness. Unfortunately, institutional religions often risk being inherently awareness sub-intelligent from this point of view.
Limited liability corporations insist on their limited liability while suing others for claiming the same. They, per definition, don’t intend to assume responsibility and they work against the interests of other groups from an inter-company competition perspective to assert their interests over others. It’s the primary purpose of for-profit organizations to maximize return on investments, to serve the investors respectively to help the increase of their money. ‘People first’ messages, therefore, can’t be more than lip services only. Profit optimization does not stop at a certain level. There are no profit caps defined to stop when it is enough, even when the earnings are shooting through the roof. That’s why resources get more concentrated in certain places, while they become scarcer in others. Working for a corporation means always being a competitor, adversary, and curse for the ones competed against and scoped out of the circle of beneficiaries. Being aware of that makes it hard to want to be such a burden in a system of win-lose for humanity overall. Of course, everyone has to survive in their current economic environment, but,
For Awareness Intelligence’s sake, stop when it’s enough and don’t do more of what you actually don’t want to do.
Focus on where it’s possible to serve them all because that’s what you always want to do. Cooperation in principle, as an existing alternative, is a more awareness-intelligent economic approach than competition. Awareness Intelligence will help the evolution of economies to transform from being based on organizational liabilities to humanitarian assets.

I was looking for happiness and found meaning. When I accepted meaning, happiness became meaningless.
Summary. Social traps are situations in which individuals take rational (and often egoist) short-term decisions that, however, lead to negative collective results in the long-term. Some psycho-(logic) traps involve an isolating and limiting view on available behavioral choices. Because everyone needs to feel competent to take future action, the failure trap lets people deny their potential for further learning and engage in task-irrelevant actionism. The sunk cost fallacy is such an example in which, due to already made investments, there is a reluctance to change the unsuccessful course of behavior. Most social issues are not unfortunate events; they have to do with whether we base our solution design on observations rather than assumptions, and whether we accept our duty to act as if we trusted others, although there is always evidence for peoples untrustworthiness. Rather than limiting our fight for survival on individual competition, we can act as institutional entrepreneurs, guiding groups, and societies towards a better future.

On that day, the FCC will vote on Ajit Pai’s proposal to reverse Title II in the Communication Act. Title II ensures that the government monitors all ISPs, so they cannot throttle your connection or charge you more money. If Ajit Pai’s plan passes, then internet providers will be able to block or slow down whatever websites they choose.
This could potentially cause a lot of websites to lose traffic and revenue, and it changes the freedom of the internet.
Since only five people on the FCC can vote (and there’s a good chance that the three Republicans will vote for Pai’s plan), it’s up to the public to stop it.

An opportunity to discover the keys that encourage economic paradigm shift and to explore initiatives that lead to practice.
It remains a challenge to explain how individuals transition from one goal cycle to the other . But this is a relevant question in lifespan development. Life course theory conceptualizes series of events respectively transitions in life . While there are many terms to describe life transitions (e.g., turning points, momentous events, etc.), there seems to be agreement that transitions are about major life changes .
Life changes can be school transitions, life events such as parenthood, migration , or retirement . These normative events mostly are experienced positively; there are also unexpected and involuntary events that are perceived more negatively though . In other words, transitional phases potentially present opportunities and uncertainties . It is difficult to disengage from prior goals and commit to new ones, as goals stand for a hoped future and consequently also support psychological well-being . Cultural and societal changes can trigger change, but there is also increasing variability in developmental journeys within societies and generations as people exercise agency, i.e., taking conscious decisions to initiate and go through life course transitions, be it as an adjustment to the current social environment or not .
Learning helps to cope with stress from life transitions  while going through transitions conceptualized as experiencing disequilibrium and stability adds to psychological resilience . Seen it that way, transitions naturally involve chance, choice, and change, all interlinked to trigger, enable, and result in personal development and growth.

1 – We shouldn’t complain about capitalism, if we use it
I heard this mean argument recently. Did we choose to be born into that system? That’s like telling the unfortunate living in smog; they shouldn’t complain about the polluted air if they breathe it.
2 – Communism isn’t better than capitalism
Did I say anything about communism? I’m talking about Cooperativism. Co-ops can be for profit. The same business models as today can be run democratically. The only difference would be that profits are not exclusively going to a handful of investors valuing short term profits over long-term employment, but would be re-invested into the company and its people who create the value of the organizations with their daily work. Aren’t many of today’s corporations branding themselves as being cooperating, socially responsible, caring for the community? Why then don’t we get a share and vote then? Because that would be the true meaning of community.
3 – We cannot treat people equal
Yes, and no. Again, I am not talking about a system without performance-based incentives. We all learn in sports how to be fair losers.
Value creation has to be re-defined. Today, helping rich people avoid taxes is rewarded generously while cleaning up a the dirty environment, caring about weak and sick people, and helping a hungry child has to be done largely as unpaid volunteering.
Humans are relatively equal; there is no reason to make racial differences. The differences that matter are made by external circumstances, such as education, support, and fair treatment. Different talents and ambitions are fine though. Co-op members can democratically determine what efforts are incentivized in what way.
4 – Governance by the people ends in chaos
Like in a state democracy with millions of citizens too, a cooperative membership for efficiency reasons can vote for major decisions only, and elects a representation for managing the enterprise. The good thing is, the management would act on behalf of the members (workers, consumers, producers, etc. who are actively involved and interested in the organization in the long-term) rather than on behalf of profit-maximizing outside shareholders.
5 – Cooperative decisions are too slow
Of course, a dictatorship may provide for faster decisions. Have you already campaigned dictatorship? Who would you currently choose? Ah, sorry, we don’t have a saying in that.
Feasibly administering elections and voting is possible. As a Swiss, I know what I’m talking about.
6 – People don’t want to engage
With a balance between responsibilities, accountabilities, and competencies (!) people are willing to assume all of these. Also, a cooperative would educate for active citizenship rather than investing into advertising and luring people into passive consumerism. Cooperative values motivate to engage for individual and collective well-being.
7 – We cannot change it
A couple of dozens of people own the wealth of half of the world population. 1% percent own the same wealth as the rest 99%. The net worth of the world’s billionaires increased from less than $1 trillion in 2000 to over $7 trillion in 2015, so the gap between rich and poor is growing up dramatically.
The rich are worried more and more as their oligarchic power increase becomes more obvious to more people. It looks like they think only a global war will hinder the awakening of the masses and defend their illegitimate privileges.
The current world order is keeping the majority of people poor and uninformed enough, or happy enough so that they don’t take action. War will serve the same end.
We can change it, if we spread the word for workplace democracy and support the cooperative movement. The five firms worth most and extracting most value/profit are all IT/Internet businesses (Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft). Maybe it’s not too late to claim back in minimum the virtual world with its increasing real effects on our daily life and the future of our children. Most of us have heard about the misery existing in many parts of the globe. 3.5 billion people live at $2.5 a day. According to UNESCO, every day 22,000 children die because of poverty. Why is it so easy to forget that? Good people end up by concluding that we do our best we can, because “we have it good here,” and we must be given credit for the care we provide to our families, communities, parties, and regions. Really, is that it?
In our Western “developed” societies we enjoy global services, we read international news, and we travel to most distant places. We imagine danger lurking from other continents and from people of other races. Although popular media’s priority is not to educate us on real issues, we still get enough information between all the advertisement and distraction that gives us in minimum a clue how to complete the picture around our feeling that there may be something wrong. So why are we still ignoring or forgetting the overwhelming exploitation, destruction, and poverty in our earthly neighborhoods though?
I rarely hear overt statements trying to explain the suffering of people in poor environments with their individual laziness, stupidity, or own made weak education. So, it seems we are capable of understanding and caring, but with a rather narrow scope when it comes to admitting where help is needed most from our own side. But again, nobody would hustle to provide an already rich with even more unnecessary luxury when confronted with the decision whether to help a dying child instead, right? And yes, there were enough resources to keep all bellies sufficiently filled. The wealth of a couple of dozens of dynasties equaling the worth of around half of the world’s population indicates that it isn’t a natural law that we already lucky ones would need to starve too to feed the 1 billion children who live in severe poverty in our modern times.
I have found and tested over time a scoping model that clarifies what it means to be truly human(e) and how we can identify erroneous scoping and re-focus ourselves feasibly on the combinations of time-relational dimensions that are the ground for developing universal human clear-, fore-, and farsightedness.
The intra-past: In contrast to using history for legitimizing inter-personal (-national, etc.) conflicts, the past is where we can come to terms with ourselves, i.e., understanding your psychological and spiritual world. Take the lessons-learned, but forgive and move on.
The inter-present: ‘Living in the present’ is good advice for interdependent (vs. independent or dependent) relationships. Rather than relating to others in a transactional way as we are so much taught economically, don’t expect anything in return for your love and don’t sell your soul for what you don’t unconditionally mean.
The extra-future: If we define ourselves not just as how much we consume and amass regarding material and financial wealth but as what we intend to achieve for the next generations to come, we evolve from a liability to wise heroes. Sadly, many elderly are honored mainly for their economic status. There is never a better moment than now to sow the seeds for a healthy future for all by being guided by values of equity and sustainability.
If you scope your human being and becoming that way, you will inevitably get your view cleared up to a panoramic horizon that sets free your full human potential. Follow these ambitions and your doubts will vanish soon. We don’t need to abstain from the progress we were born in as some mean arguments of the sort of “Don’t complain about capitalism if you use it” want to impose guilt on us. However, we are only guilty at humanity if we are not constantly trying to innovate, change, and commit for a better future for all. Better conditions for even more people are possible. We might find a lot of such examples that we are enjoying right now, which our grandparents did not yet (i.e., achievements like advanced democracies, improved gender and racial equality, etc.).
What’s in for you when you engage in finding better solutions for all? What’s in for you if not material gain, especially not in the short-term? A deep satisfaction and fulfillment, motivation to get up and do important work, and compassion and love from being close to what really matters: service to humanity, including the well-being of our children and their children. I have already argued that psychology should be taught instead of history, and that kind of un-learning and de-culturation would complement the strategy to reduce shared group hatred and separation in favor of more compassionate oneness with all and everything. It was always known that traveling and cross-cultural exchanges are mind-opening and enriching experiences that are often even dramatically changing one’s world view. As Third Culture Kids (TCK) show, it takes in fact a bit more, but only little more than around three years of living between cultures during the formative years to become a world citizen in the sense of not being socially conditioned and limited to a specific culture . With global communication and mobility possibilities today we could use that old wisdom to implement ‘world citizenship’ programs to educate a truly locally AND globally caring generation that helps promoting peace and well-being for anybody from far and wide.

THE CHINESE HAVE AN EXPRESSION FOR THE LIMITED WAY ALL OF US LEARN TO SEE THE WORLD: jing di zhi wa, meaning “frog in the bottom of a well.” The expression comes from a fable about a frog that has lived its entire life in a small well. The frog assumes that its tiny world is all there is, and it has no idea of the true size of the world. It is only when a passing turtle tells the frog of the great ocean to the east that the frog realizes there is much more to the world than it had known.
All of us are like that frog. We grow up as members of a culture and learn, through direct and indirect teaching, to see the world from the perspective that becomes most familiar to us. Because the people around us usually share that perspective, we seldom have cause to question it. Like the frog, we rarely suspect how big and diverse our human species is.

Summary. Developmental psychology aims to predict future behavior and outcomes. Many factors contribute to personality and the manifestation of behavior. These may be of biological, psychological, and social nature. While psychoanalysis sees our moral development as a rather automatic process determined mainly during childhood, Eysenck’s personality traits in interaction with the environment provide for an approach that involves more the possibility of learning. According to his Antisocial Behavior Hypothesis (ASB), individual differences in psychoticism are relevant even for the development of criminal thinking. Psychoticism is a trait that represents a continuum from aggressiveness and divergent thinking at the one end, and empathy and caution at the other. The materialization of criminal thinking, however, depends heavily on the social environment, why prisons may be rather ineffective environments for social rehabilitation of criminals.
Individually Different Learning Responses
The goal of developmental personality psychology is to find answers to what personality trait tendencies can predict what kind of behavior . Both the biological and social components are essential in Eysenck’s biosocial theories. For example, it could be confirmed that the interaction between testosterone with genetic, psychological and social factors is influencing behavior . Similarly, the significantly biologically based personality traits are not necessarily directly determining behavior, but they are interacting according to their tendency with the (social) environment through learning processes . Although adolescence is considered a naturally critical transition phase, the changes may be attenuated by learning and decisions to take, like, for example, what to do after school, which directions to choose for privately, educationally, and professionally .
The Morality Hypothesis
Eysenck’s personality traits do not only provide insight into a current state, but rather are seen as precursors of future behavior and consequences . One approach related to personal development is called the morality hypothesis, in which Eysenck explained well-behavior with the formation of conscience that is depending on the presence of relatively low levels of Extraversion and Neuroticism as favorable for being inhibitive enough to develop a conscience . Freud’s theory about the superego allows less optimism about the learning ability of the human mind, as the moral instance of the super-ego is functioning automatically, directed by a psychic force established during childhood .
Antisocial Behavior Hypothesis (ASB)
Eysenck’s theory describing the interplay between personality temperament and socialization to predict future (problematic) conduct is referred to the Antisocial Behavioral Hypothesis (ASB) . Analysis revealed that antisocial behavior stemmed from high scores in primarily Psychoticism and secondarily Neuroticism trait scales . The role of Psychoticism for preceding antisocial behavior was also confirmed , who concluded with recommending the targeting of reducing the psychoticism tendency in interventions targeting anti-social adolescents. A group of researchers provide a convincing application case of the finding that personality traits alone are not the only factor for behavior to emerge . Increased levels of all the dimensions, mostly heightened values in psychoticism though were predictive of criminal thinking. However, the manifestation of criminal thinking was influenced by the social environment. Consequently, it has to be questioned how effective prison environments are in reducing criminal thinking and behavior (i.e., reduction of recidivism rate), as it is a place where criminal identities and thinking is omnipresent and therefore criminal energy is potentially reinforced .

Let’s abandon teaching the past
We didn’t learn from history
To our children’s future
To impose our past
We use history
Why history should be mostly abandoned in school
Regarding how to live a meaningful and peaceful life, we have not learned from history. Children are by nature not interested in our past. They are interested in their future. Therefore, not only independence and self-realization should be taught at school at any age, but investments in teaching history should be mostly abandoned. Instead of depriving our children of their visions by imposing our history, we should encourage them to shape their future freely.

Do you also think humanity hasn’t yet found a good recipe for peace, justice, and happiness? In fact, it is our all aspiration to make the best possible contribution to the well-being of all. Just, how to do even better as there is obviously still a lot of potential? One may understandingly give up hope in the face of the historically everlasting conflicting human nature that is perpetuation greed and violence causing so much suffering.
There is hope, though!
The fundamental and biggest human problem is that men are ever striving for more profit leading to comparably greater wealth for the purpose of competitive advantage in looking for their wives. It is, therefore, our all responsibility to create the circumstances enabling women to more consequently choose wise and personally rich partners over financially wealthy competitors. If the war against insecurity and for love is matched with courage to more intrinsic satisfaction, no pursuit of material pleasure has to be fought on the physical battlefield anymore. – Mathias Sager
